Dr. Carlos Emmanoel Chua is a graduate of University of Santo Thomas and obtained his residency in St. Lukes Medical Center International Eye Institute and held as a Chief Resident in his 3rd year. He completed his fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmogy and Strabismus in Alberta Children’s Hospital. He is a diplomate in Philippine Board of Ophthalmology and an active consultant in St. Lukes Eye Institute in Global City.
