Jocel L. Chua

Dr. Jocel Chua is the co-founder and co-owner of Chua Eye Center. She is the Medical Director of Chua Eye Center.  She is a graduate of Our Lady of Fatima University and 5th placer in Physician Licensure Examination. Took her residency in the same institution and completed her Basic Course in Ophthalmology in University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital.  She is a diplomate of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology.
