Michael Herbert P. Chua

Dr. Michael Herbert Chua is the co- founder and co-owner of Chua Eye Center with his wife Dr. Jocel L. Chua. He is the CEO and Administrator of Chua Eye Center. Dr. Chua is a graduate of University of Santo Thomas. He took his residency in University of Santo Tomas Hospital Department of Ophthalmology and held his position as Chief of Resident. He completed his training in Basic course of Ophthalmology in Standford University School of Medicine and University of the Philippines- Philippine General Hospital. He had his Preceptorship training with Dr. Reynaldo M. Javate private practitioner in ophthalmology specializing Orbit and Oculoplasty in Manila. He is an experienced cataract surgeon with special interest in small incision, sutureless cataract surgery with monofocal, premium multifocal and toric lens implants.
